About Notle
Notle is a psychometric audio recorder designed specifically for mental health providers. Our product assists in capturing audio recordings of sessions and converting them into SOAP and BIRP notes. It also provides metric data about client sessions.
Privacy and Data Protection
Notle, LLC is committed to complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all electronic protected health information (ePHI) we receive, maintain, process, and/or transmit on behalf of our users. All data, including audio recordings, notes, and metric data, are encrypted both in transit and at rest. We employ state-of-the-art security measures to protect your data. We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information or any data recorded through Notle to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Notle complies with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to patient confidentiality and data protection. Users must ensure that they have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from clients or patients before recording any sessions.
Limitation of Liability
Notle, LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, breaches of the TOS.
Changes to TOS
Notle, LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these TOS at any time. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review the TOS for any changes.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
